Refund and Dispute Policy
Our Commitment
At ZOEE HABLOT LTD, we are committed to providing high-quality training and transparent policies. Our goal is to ensure you have a positive experience with The Woman Warrior Course and our coaching services. This policy outlines your rights regarding refunds and how we handle any disputes.
This policy applies to all purchases made through the Skool platform for services provided by ZOEE HABLOT LTD.
1. Online Courses (Digital Content)
Our online course, The Woman Warrior Course, is classified as "digital content" under UK law.
Your Right to Cancel ("Cooling-Off Period")
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase to request a full refund, provided you have not started to download or stream the content.
Immediate Access and Waiver of the Cooling-Off Period
When you purchase The Woman Warrior Course, you are given the option for immediate access to the course materials.
By ticking the consent box at checkout and starting to stream or access the course content, you expressly agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off period.
This means that once you have accessed the course content (e.g., watched a video, downloaded a file), you are no longer eligible for a refund under the 14-day cooling-off period. You will receive an email confirmation of this waiver for your records.
Faulty Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, your digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
If you find that the course is faulty (e.g., files are corrupted, videos don't play, content is significantly different from what was described), you are entitled to a repair or a replacement.
If we are unable to repair or replace the content within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund. Please contact us immediately at contact@zoeehablot.com to report the issue.
2. 1-on-1 Coaching Services
Our 1-on-1 coaching sessions are classified as a "service."
Cancellation by You:
To cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session time to receive a full refund or to reschedule without a penalty.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by Us:
If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will provide you with as much notice as possible and will offer to reschedule the session or provide a full refund for that session.
3. Dispute Resolution Process
We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and efficiently.
Step 1: Contact Us First
If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us directly in the first instance by emailing contact@zoeehablot.com.
Please provide your full name, the email you used for purchase, and a detailed description of your issue.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
Step 2: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we can consider using an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
ADR is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. You can find more information about ADR on the Chartered Trading Standards Institute website.
