• 1-on-1 Coaching Services (the "Coaching")
• Any related materials and community features provided through the Skool platform (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not purchase or use our Services.

All content provided as part of the Services, including but not limited to the course name "The Woman Warrior Course," videos, text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of ZOEE HABLOT LTD.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, selling, or creating derivative works from our content without our express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZOEE HABLOT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the last six (6) months for the Services.

This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer and does not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
